"Will Work Hard for Good Company"

The other day I saw an odd sight. A man dressed in very nice business attire was standing on the side of the road by the freeway entrance (where bums normally are) with a sign that said "Will Work Hard for Good Company" and attached to his sign were several resumes. He would actually approach the cars waiting to get on the freeway and ask the if they knew of a job and gave them his resume. Huh, I've never seen that tactic before. But apparently it worked really well because he handed out over 100 resumes and got 30 referrals!
