The first happened on Wednesday. It started out like any other day but then! bum, bum, bum as I was getting off the sink (because I put on my makeup sitting on the sink) there was a scorpion by the trash can! I leaped over it through the door and ran to get my brother to have him kill it. The stink wouldn't do it because he was sleeping. What kind of an excuse is that?!? There was no one else around to kill it, so I had to be brave and kill it myself. Only for some reason after I whacked it with the fly swatter it didn't die! Instead, it ran towards me! It veered to the side and ran under the baseboards. I couldn't leave it there alive because I knew it would try to get me again, so I crammed the fly swatter in there and jabbed it over and over make sure I had thoroughly killed it. I was so scared that I was still shaking afterwards.
The next day during the second attempt, the enemy almost succeded. It was 1:00 AM (technically on Friday) and I was trying to finish packing for Utah when I walked into a room and stepped on what felt like a crusty rubberband. I jumped back so fast! And sure enough a scorpion ran around the corner into the next room. I can't believe it didn't sting me! I must have stepped on it backwards because a scorpion can't sting backwards. Unfortunately we couldn't find it, so hopefully it doesn't get anyone else.
Attempt number 3 was just a few hours later, Friday morning. I ran up the stairs and the lights were off. I saw a darker spot on one of the steps and skipped that step just because. When I got to the top I turned on the lights and looked at that step. Sure enough, it was another scorpion laying wait to attack me. My dad killed it and thankfully, not long after that I headed to the airport for UT. Thankfully they don't have scorpions in the Provo area so my life is safe from my attackers for the next week and a half.
Here's a pic of one of the evil little devil bugs

ok that was really funny! I know not funny while you were going through it, because I hate those little buggers too, but funny afterwards. I am so glad that you lived to share the tale! Love you!
